1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Limmello ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and trip companions.
2. Description of Service
Limmello is an AI-powered travel planning platform that helps users create structured itineraries, track budgets, manage bookings, and collaborate with travel companions. The Service includes AI-generated content, which is provided as suggestions and should not be relied upon as the sole source of travel information.
3. User Accounts
To use most features of Limmello, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Free and Pro Plans
Limmello offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan includes:
- Up to 3 trips per year
- Up to 30 activities per trip
- 30 AI chat messages per day
- Receipt uploads and group collaboration
Pro plan pricing, features, and terms will be published when the plan becomes available. We reserve the right to modify plan features and limits with reasonable notice.
5. AI-Generated Content
Limmello uses artificial intelligence to generate itinerary suggestions, cost estimates, and travel recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies
- Cost estimates are approximate and actual prices may vary
- You are responsible for verifying travel information, opening hours, availability, and safety conditions
- Limmello does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Limmello, including trip plans, activities, chat messages, and receipt uploads. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We will not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Abuse, harass, or send harmful content through the platform
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or abuse the AI chat system
8. Trip Sharing and Collaboration
When you share a trip with companions, they can view your itinerary, booking statuses, and budget information for that trip. You are responsible for managing who has access to your trips. Companions can be removed at any time by the trip owner.
9. Limitation of Liability
Limmello is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: travel disruptions, financial losses from inaccurate cost estimates, missed bookings, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at infolimmello@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
